It includes your leader, all in-country transport, national park entry, refugio and camping fees and the meals listed day by day in the dossier. It excludes international flights, the Puerto Natales transfer if you arrive outside the group window, and tips.

FCDO travel adviceMinimum numbers
This departure runs on six travellers. If it has not reached six we tell you at least 90 days out and you choose a transfer, a credit or a full refund.
Minimum numbers clauseDistances and ascent are measured from our own GPS tracks across the last four departures, not from the park literature. Open any day for the detail.
Group transfer at 14:00 from Punta Arenas airport, three hours north. Kit check and route briefing with your leader that evening, including the weather window and the pass forecast.
Bus to the Laguna Amarga entrance and onto the quiet eastern side of the circuit. Open grassland along the Paine river with the towers behind you all afternoon.
The hardest day of the trip and the reason it is graded 4. An early start for the pass, then a long descent on ladders and boardwalk with the Grey glacier opening out below you for two hours.
Day pack only. Up the valley to the Britanico lookout between the hanging glacier and the Cuernos, with a turnaround time set by your leader on the morning forecast.
A 03:30 start up the moraine to be at the lake for first light on the towers. It is the one morning we cannot promise you — roughly six departures in ten get a clear sunrise, and we tell you that before you book.
Group transfer back south, arriving at the airport by 13:00. We do not book you onto a flight before 15:30 and we will say so if you ask us to.
Written out in full so you can put it side by side with another operator quote without having to ring either of us.
A Sixty North leader for all 15 days, a Chilean assistant guide from day 2, and the camp cook team. Guide to traveller ratio never worse than 1:6.
Airport transfers on the group days, park entry fees, all refugio and camping fees, the catamaran crossing, and every meal marked B, L or D in the day-by-day above.
Satellite communicator carried by the leader, a full expedition medical kit, emergency shelter and the tents and cooking kit for the two supported camping nights.
Not included, and we do not mark them up. Book them yourself, or ask us and we will sell them as part of an ATOL protected package under our own licence, ATOL 11482.
Not included and mandatory. Minimum £2 million medical and repatriation cover, trekking to 1,500 m, cancellation to the full booking value. Policy number required 45 days out.
Single supplement £740 where a private room exists — the circuit has three dormitory nights where no single option is available. Tips are discretionary; we suggest £90 to £120 for the local team.
Places shown are live. A place held online is held for 24 hours and nothing is charged until you pay.
£5,480 per person, land only, twin share. Single supplement £740. £600 deposit; balance at 70 days. Runs on a minimum of six travellers, confirmed to you no later than 90 days before departure. ABTOT bond 5401 for land-only arrangements; ATOL 11482 where we sell you flights.
If your question is not here, call. We would rather spend ten minutes on the phone than have you arrive on a trip that was not right for you.

trips@sixtynorth.exampleNine of us on the circuit and Matías knew every warden by name, which is how we got beds at Grey when the pass closed a day early. The measured distances in the dossier matched my watch every single day.

We did not get the sunrise at the towers and nobody pretended we would. That honesty on the booking page is exactly why I picked them over two cheaper quotes, and it is why I have booked Kyrgyzstan for next August.
